Change is coming to Cuba at last. The United States could do far more to encourage it. As things stand, Cuba is one of the few countries in the world that still practices communism. However, in a positive turn of events, it seems Cuba is finally making moves toward capitalism. This will not only greatly impact Cuban locals, but the United States and the rest of Latin America as well. Unfortunately, however, this change is expected to unfold painfully slowly. The onus is now on outsiders – specifically the United States – to do whatever possible to encourage this change and to help speed up the process…
