GM’s woes: Total recall

GM has been under heavy pressure for some time now. Their problems began small, with just 500 of their latest full-size pickups being recalled because of a minor problem with airbags. But GM’s woes escalated after admitting that it waited a decade to act on an ignition-switch problem linked to at least 13 deaths, in addition to landing under extensive internal investigation to get to the bottom of its safety issues. GM is not alone in the troublesome world of recall-related problems, however, as it’s hard to find a single carmaker that hasn’t had at least one recall recently…
