Certainly one of the biggest wars in technology going on right now: Apple versus Samsung. The Economist dives deep into the rivalry between these two giants, and expounds on exactly who is copying who. Apple, the king of originality in a time when digital technology began to boom, versus Samsung – today’s king of smartphones. But this particular battle is about more than who’s who. After reports revealed that Samsung had violated some of Apple’s patents, one wag online began referring to the South Korean company as “Samesung”. But for Samsung, the verdict is no laughing matter…
